Jardin botanique exotique de Menton
Created in 1920 by a British army general, Sir Percy Radcliffe, then passing through several hands before being acquired by the National Natural History Museum in 1967, this small 1-hectare garden delights the eye and the nose with many tropical and Mediterranean plants. At the Menton exotic botanical garden, families can discover exotic food plants such as banana, avocado and papaya trees and breathe in many aromatic plants. An oasis of silence, this place of relaxation, with the light shade of its paths and the coolness of its pools, makes a lovely, peaceful family walk.
