Donjon de Vic-sur-Aisne
The keep of Vic-sur-Aisne, in the Aisne, stands near the châteaux of Pierrefonds, Compiègne and Blérancourt. It dates from the 12th century and was turned into a habitable residence in the 17th century.
It is in the heart of the village, in a five-hectare park. In the 18th century a château was built overlooking its moats, and an elegant French formal garden was laid out.
