Cascade de Faymont
The Faymont waterfall rushes in a single regular jet from a pink granite ledge typical of the south of the Vosges massif, in the commune of Le Val-d'Ajol. This village, known for its weaving and papermaking traditions that once exploited the force of its many watercourses, keeps in this waterfall one of the finest witnesses of its natural hydraulic heritage. The site, laid out to welcome walkers, is part of a set of paths linking several waterfalls of the Combeauté valley.
