Capfl'o

Capfl'O is the aquatic centre of Flers Agglo, at Flers in the Orne, in southern Normandy, in the Les Closets business area.

The complex offers about 3,500 m² of relaxation and leisure space: a sports pool, a learner pool, a giant slide, a wave ball and water games, and indoor and outdoor leisure pools. The spa area has a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, cold bath and Nordic shower.

Capfl'O also runs swimming, aqua aerobics and aqua biking lessons, baby sessions and lifeguard training. Several diving, swimming and triathlon clubs are based here. Extension and renovation work was completed in 2021, when it reopened after the closure linked to the health crisis.
