The Spaycific'Zoo, at Spay near Le Mans in the Sarthe, presents some 500 birds of 200 species from around the world over nearly six hectares. Marabou storks, ibises and pelicans fly in a large aviary of 2,500 m², 12 metres high.
Thanks to a reversed day-night cycle, one area also lets visitors watch nocturnal animals while they are active.
