Le Parc Australien

The Parc australien, in the Aude, brings together in a four-hectare wooded park ostriches of all ages, emus, rheas and cassowaries, the largest birds in the world.

A route through the enclosures, with video points, reveals their life: courtship displays, hatchings and ostrich chicks. The Australia-themed park also offers activities and demonstrations, introductions to the boomerang and didgeridoo, craft workshops using ostrich products and a shop selling Australian goods.
