La cascade de Louade
At the hamlet of Le Crouzet, in the Haute-Loire, the Louade waterfall hides in the wild gorge carved by the Cros stream. About thirty metres high, it tumbles down a basalt wall, making it one of the largest waterfalls in the département. The site is discovered along the PR697 trail, a hiking loop from the hamlet through an unspoilt volcanic landscape.
