Musée des blindés

The Musée des Blindés in Saumur, in the Maine-et-Loire, is a centre of contemporary history that tells the story of 20th-century conflicts through the development of armoured vehicles and weapons.

Its collection, presented as the largest in the world, includes more than 150 armoured vehicles, other vehicles and artillery pieces from twelve countries. It is a living museum that brings history back to life by restoring its collection to working order.
